Shades Valley Theatre Academy presents its final Main Stage show of the season, “The Wiz.”. According to program director, Roy Hudson the show “is big, bold, colorful and not to be missed.”

A Specially Called City Council Work Session is being conducted tonight, April 13, 2010. The Work Session begins at 6:00 p.m. at Irondale City Hall.
The Special Work Session is for the council to review the Comprehensive Corridor Study developed for the city of Irondale by the Regional Planning Commission and the University of Alabama at Birmingham.
